The Organisation
Arena.Online Ltd. (referred to as ‘the Organisation’) is committed to eradicating modern-day slavery, human trafficking, and forced labour within its operations and supply chains. The Organisation adopts a zero-tolerance approach towards modern-day slavery and human trafficking and insists on acting with ethical integrity in all business dealings. We expect the same high standards from our partners and suppliers.
Organisational Structure
Arena.Online operates from Droitwich Spa, UK, and is managed by the Board of Directors.
The Organisation does not have operations outside the UK. We are an online florist and fulfilment company serving UK customers through D2C and B2B marketing channels. Orders are processed and fulfilled from our Droitwich Spa premises and distributed by contracted third party carriers. Products are sourced internationally via wholesalers and independent suppliers.
Our operational demand is seasonal, with peaks around key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. Our workforce is employed directly or through UK-based recruitment agencies, adhering to best practices in recruitment, employment, training, and development.

- Human trafficking
- Forced work through mental or physical threats
- Being controlled by an employer through abuse or threats
- Dehumanisation, treating individuals as commodities, or buying and selling as property
- Physical constraints or restrictions on freedom of movement
Commitment
The Organisation is committed to upholding the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and understands the necessity of regularly reviewing internal practices and supply chains. We adhere to Fair Labor codes promoting human rights at work and avoid engaging with any entity that supports or involves itself in slavery or forced labour. All labour provided to us is obtained in compliance with relevant employment legislation.
Supply Chains
Our primary supply chains involve the procurement of floristry and gift products from various UK and international suppliers. We recognise that first-tier suppliers may have further relationships with lower-tier suppliers.
Potential Exposure
We assess our exposure to slavery and human trafficking as limited due to our operational structure and controls.
The steps taken to prevent modern slavery within our Organisation and supply chains, we:
- Review supplier contracts to include termination clauses for involvement in modern slavery
- Assess and identify potential risks in our supply chains
- Conduct impact assessments of services on potential slavery instances
- Enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery
- Provide staff training on modern slavery
Slavery Compliance Officers
HR and ESG Manager are the designated Slavery Compliance Officers. Concerns about modern slavery should be addressed to them, who will take appropriate action to meet our obligations.
Review and Monitoring
This policy will be reviewed regularly for effectiveness and relevance, with updates made as needed based on changes in legislation, industry standards, or best practices.
