These Terms and Conditions govern the allocation process for the Arena Flowers X TINA – The Tina Turner Musical giveaway. By participating in this application and award process, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility:

a. Only residents based in mainland United Kingdom are eligible to enter the competition.

b. The competition is not available in Northern Ireland. Only entries from England, Scotland and Wales will be considered.

2. Competition Process:

a. Entrants must have purchased an Arena Flowers Mother’s Day bouquet or letterbox selection.

b. Entrants must enter the competition through the designated form linked on the Arena Flowers website.

c. Entries must be complete and accurate. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

d. The submission deadline for entries will be clearly stated by Arena Flowers. Late entries will not be considered.

3. Prize Allocation:

a. The prize is limited to: 4x best available tickets (2x pairs) for TINA – The Tina Turner Musical evening performance, Monday-Thursday only, excluding bank holiday and school holidays; pre-show dinner for 2 people at Monmouth Kitchen and bottle of wine or house drink for 2 people; overnight accommodation at London Mercer Street Hotel for 2 people; 2x six-month flower subscriptions from Arena Flowers.

b. Prize must be redeemed by 30th June 2025. Tickets are subject to availability and no cash alternative is offered. Travel is not included in the prize. Entrants must be 18 or over.

c. The decision of Arena Flowers regarding prize allocation is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision.

d. No cash alternative is available.

4. Data Protection:

a. By entering the competition, you consent to marketing by Arena Flowers and TINA – The Tina Turner Musical of our products and services by email.

Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

b. Personal data collected during the entry process will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

c. By participating in the competition process, entrants consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of assessing their entry and communicating with them regarding the process.

5. Amendments:

Arena Flowers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to entrants through the company website or other appropriate channels.

6. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
